A good day

By all accounts, Mom's had a good day today. She's visited with daughters and grandkids and has even been working with grandson Aaron on some quilting, Mom's greatest passion. Many of mom's quilts are hanging on the walls and she even has one serving as a table cover, neatly placed beneath her bedside lamp. Dad's roses are still on the window sill and her orchid seems to be doing well.

We'll be bringing her a wall phone to plug in so she can make calls using the landline rather than her cell phone. We'll email the number to people that may want to give her a call. Just comment to this post with your email address and we'll send it.

I have a relatively long list of emails she wants me to send letting people know that she isn't avoiding them and to fill them in on her adventure. I best get started!
