Know any personal chefs available for hire?
Mom and Dad have been talking about many things since Mom has been back at Willowbrook. One of the topics has been meals. They both are grateful for the many, many food contributions made by Mom's small church group from St. Paul's (awesome cooks!), but realize they'll need a new system when Mom gets back home (it tentatively looks like Mom will remain at Willowbrook through Dec. 28th or so). Mom's done very well with the set meals times and wants to keep the same system in place when the radiation appointments are complete. So, we're looking for a good solution for their meals -- besides sending Dad to cooking school, that is. That would take WAY TOO LONG! Mom would get tired of Tacos, spaghetti, grilled cheese and meatloaf with fresh croissant rolls (all Dad's favorites).

I knew someone who did the chef thing and will check it out to see if she still is available. I've met her and she is a very nice lady and seemingly capable. But, I've not tasted her food so I cannot vouch for that. She had been doing it for some time, however. I'll let you know as soon as I'm able to get the information.
Give Mary Ann my love and tell her I think of her often and always, always include her in my prayers. I'll talk to her when she gets home. I'll be in touch as soon as possible with the chef information.
