Lexus with crummy seats

Here's a complaint you won't hear very often.

"The seats just aren't very comfortable," Mom would say about her and Dad's new Lexus. A light hint of a smile would appear on Dad's face, quickly vanishing before Mom could see. We can tell Dad is adjusting to the uncomfortable seats just fine!

Mom loved the seats in their previous vehicle, a Honda Odyssey. The seats were wider and more firm -- a combination that "really agreed with my backside," Mom admitted.

Despite the seating discomfort, Mom loves the car. She's happy Dad has been able to drive with air conditioning again -- his 20 year old Toyota no longer has working air conditioning -- and likes the dual zone climate control and the smooth ride. The car is silver in color and still sports their license plate GRATEFL 4, giving thanks for the blessing.
