Slept with Mom last night. She really slept great!!! She woke at 1 and ate a ton of chocolate lol. She woke at 4 and started pouring water on her chest. She said it was burning hot. Ah hah!!!! That is how she says she is pain!!!! I went and got the nurse. She came in and asked "Maryann are you in pain?". Umm guess her answer..... "Nope". Then I asked if her skin burned "Yes!". Ahhhhh just can't say the "P" word.
Mom slept till 8:30. It was funny. I would catch her peeking out of her right eye to see if I was still here. "Jennie! U stayed all nite! We had such fun!".
I gave Mom a kids paint set. One of those with the special paper and brushes that only put color on the paper. Not skin or clothes. She really likes it.
The nurse just came in cuz Mom has been pressing her button to go to the bathroom. But Mom decided she wants to eat first. Soooo she is eating her oatmeal and wishing she had bacon ;).
