I am completely in awe of the beautiful woman I just met. I took a vase over to Mom and Dad’s house for Brenda to arrange the most AMAZING flowers in that she brought from Hawaii. I have never smelled such sweet flowers in my life!!! She placed a lei (did I spell that right?) around my neck of yellow flowers. I can still smell the scent in my hair even after I took it off and placed it OUT OF ROMI’S REACH!!!! She brought sand from her beach in bags and placed it with hand picked shells and sea glass in a lovely glass vase with a candle floating on top. Brenda has literally brought Hawaii to Mom.
I wish I could explain the amazing energy of this woman. She simply radiates love and just compassion. I felt like I have known her for years. I am trying to imagine what Mom is going to be like when Brenda walks in. I am trying to imagine the look on her face. I can’t even do it. There is no way to even imagine what is about to take place. I can’t come up with the right words. I can’t.
I am sure we will have many pictures to come for you all throughout the weekend.
