Mom made a trip to the second level of her house yesterday. The sixteen steps might seem simple to most of us, but Mom hadn't made the trip in months. Her occupational therapist guided her from step to step and she used a cane for support.
"I wasn't even winded," Mom said on the phone this morning. "It felt good but I'm a little sore in my back today and I think it's from the climb."
Baby steps Mom, baby steps!
