Working hard

Mom's been working hard in physical therapy this week, but she's fatigued. The radiology department at Riverside told her she'd feel tired from the radiation weeks after the conclusion of the treatment.

She's been told to pay attention to her body.

Frank, a member from choir, made a special trip to see Mom yesterday, bringing "the most beautiful printed version of Here I Am Lord (Mom's favorite hymn)" as a gift. "That was so sweet of him," Mom says.

Yesterday was very hard on mom, she says. Rochelle and Amber, physical therapists, and Stephanie, the day nurse, took time to talk with Mom about resting.
